Changeover day
Changeover day during High season is Saturday. We can be flexible at other times. Checkout time is 10.30am and check in after 4pm.Children
The property is not suitable for children under the age of 12.Booking Arrangements
Please telephone or email to confirm availability and booking. Upon booking a non refundable deposit of 25% is taken. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. However, full payment is due if the booking is within 6 weeks of arrival. A refundable deposit of £250 to cover damages and breakages is payable with the final balance.Terms of Cancellation
If you cancel your booking, the following payments will become due:- Within 6 weeks of arrival the total booking fee is payable
- Between 6 and 12 weeks of arrival 50% booking fee is payable
- More than 12 weeks of arrival the deposit is payable
We will do our utmost to re-let the cancelled period and if successful your loss will be limited to deposit only to cover our administrative costs.
